In 2022, Chef Dario became the owner of Brazilian Bowl and brought with him more than 15 years of experience in the Brazilian steakhouse world. With a background rooted in tradition and a passion for great food, he set out to bring even more authenticity, flavor, and heart to every dish served.
Inspired by the comforting, satisfying meals enjoyed every day across Brazil, Chef Dario refreshed the menu with classic favorites and hearty specialties that celebrate real Brazilian cooking.
